hello folks.
just wanna say hello as i am new in town.
but.
need help.
having starting problems with my e240 v6 51 plate mercedes.
can anyone shed any light on subject.
dash lights come on. i than turn to start and all lights still up bright but starter motor just clicks.
batt terminals all ok , so i am thinkin its starter. but where is it located on this model.

Hello and welcome to the forum. The starter is at the bottom right when standing in front of the car,,best to access it by taking off half (rear) of the wheel arch liner.

This could be a poor connection on either the ground or live lead. with a volt meter or test lamp se if the smaller terminal is getting 12 volts when the key is turned, the large one had 12 volts constant. it fits in 01 in the link
