starting problem

wont start, cooling fan running all the time, no dashboard lights, engine not turning over

Mini fuse box next to battery, check fuses normaly main fuse blown, powers engine ECU, fans are on because its not getting a temp reading so goes into default, or you have lost engine ECU full stop, or live or earth to ecu.
