Steering wheel wobble

W203 2005 220CDI. When i brake the steering wheel wobbles a small amount and at speed the car vibrates quite alot. What could be the cause of the bracking wobble and is it connected to the general vabration at speed?

Wobbling at speed is only tyre balance,usually from 40 to 70MPH, when braking and felt through the steering wheel its front disc, felt through the car rear disc
