stereo head unit swap help needed (vito 55 plate)

there is power to the new kenwood head unit allowing the cd to eject, but the unit will not switch on can anybody help pls, the unit has all the gadgets bluetooth usb etc

Hello and welcome,,on these things you need a permanent live 12v for the back up memory, and a switched one for the power into the head unit
