Stereo Upgrade for a W203 ( + aircon unit )

Hey all, Just got a C200K but its on classic trim.... and i think i might really hate the stereo lol, Is it worth looking for a second hand Mercedes stereo at all as these look fab in the car but will obviously come at a cost due to the big screen/sat nav..... plus are these easy to install and are they coded.
My current stereo is the audi 1 cd player.

Also is the dial aircon unit swappable with the digital version or is it all new wiring???

What year is it? Stereo? You'll have to wait for the "technical guys" to arrive, but from my own experience with a 2003 it was going to cost a bomb!
Air-con? As above !

Its a 2000 so prob the same as yrs.... damn, knew i shoulda upgraded from classic lol
