Sticky door pins

Over the last couple of days I've had some difficulty opening my car the door pins need a little coaxing to go up (like pushing the door opening button five times), is it a just a cold weather problem or is it just something that happens after eight years?. If there anybody out there that can help me.

If they are all slow or sticky, I think that the vacuam pump is running slow ,or you have an air leak in the system.
