Stolen Command Unit?

I saw this on Ebay and judging from the Rubbish photo its obviously an amature.

Why would am amature be selling his Command unit and why for so much?

My money is on it being nicked.

These often come up on ebay for similar money.

Most aren't stolen - quite often they are seconds or returns where people have bought them and for what ever reason couldnt fit them or get it working properly.

I cant see how it will be stolen considering its US spec.

I reckons its either a dealer or a punter who ordered the wrong part from MB and cant return it
