Stop wheel rubbing on humps and bumps

Hi,

I just fitted some 18" wheels on a c class and over some humps and bumps the back tires rub. Is there anyway i can stop this ie. change the suspension or something.

What size tyres have you got on the rear.

What is the ET of the new wheels

If they are Mercedes wheels it is stamped into them

Its cast into the spokes on the rear

ahhh. have not got access to the rear of the wheels. will have to call the place that sold them to get the ET. They are basically the brabus monoblock VI. Also i just noticed that when i go over any humps only the left rear side make a sound so could it be something to do with the suspension.

Ok,

The ET is 35. Before putting these wheels on on the same side the car used to sometimes make a noise over certain humps but not often.
