strange brake issue on a 230 CLK

Hi, I posted before a strange issue I have with my brakes in that after driving for a while when the car is stationary held on the brakes I get a slight pulsing feeling through the pedal. I noticed the other day that when I turn the heating fan off this pulsing stops. Any ideas what this could be?

No way to work this out, other than it would seem like a poor grounding somewhere, the effect of turning on the heater fan cover the fault up as it is grounding through that. I know it does not help you much, but its the best I can do.
