Hi I’ve just bought a 2014 C180 and I have had a weird light come on the dash for a few seconds that I think has something to do with tyre pressures. It’s not on long enough to photograph especially as I’m driving. It looks like (for those in the UK) a National Speed limit symbol. It’s round with 2 or 3 diagonal white lines going from ‘2-8’ o’clock. I cannot find this symbol anywhere online or in the manual. And to save time it’s nothing to do with the speed limit as it happened on a 50mph road and when pulling off from a roundabout. Thanks for your help.

Its the speed limit assist. It reads road signs and shows them to you on the cluster.
It often misreads zone end signs and displays them a such or will read the lack of a sign as this.
I have noticed its often the same as the german "end of zone" sign:
