Strange Sound after warmed up - CLK200 Komp - Video

Hi All
My father in law asked me to listen to a strange sound coming from his 2004 CLK200 at the weekend, but when he started the car, I couldn't hear anything wrong - After I left, he sent me these videos (the noise developed after the car was warmed up) - Before I go back, does anyone recognise what the cause of this sound could be?

Doesnt sound good, have you checked the condition of the serpentine belt and the pullys.
Whats the oil level like.

I had a look at the belt and pulleys while it was running and they seemed fine - (But at that point this sound was not eminating from the engine, so I just suspected it could the tensioner bearing as a guess) - I need to have another listen to it when it is warmed up and making this noise (no idea about the oil levels, but probably they are ok as i'd imaging a warning light would function if too low - I will ask the father in law to check)
