Well I had a winge and rightly so about the poor service I thought we got at Stratston Bradford when the car was bought. What a difference at the Preston Dealership very helpful and efficient, a nice new A class complete with fuel, well done, the fact that all the work done was under warrenty helped as well :0)

More credit where credit is due (especially for us Northerners) - Mercedes Benz Harrogate are trying so hard it's not true. Absolutely no complaint about their work, attitude and general customer service.

Hadn't seen that before. MB Chester (my dealer) is shown at 96%. I've been there several times and never been happy. I've never been surveyed - funny, that!

I read VW has started showing rating based on customers feedback after vehicle purchase.
