Strut Assembly-S500

I just purchased an S500 4matics (2003)...Three days later while I was driving I noticed that the suspension light and the car rising light came on and I tried to push the botton to turn them off but they stayed on and after I turned the car off and restarted the lights were off...After that, I noticed the passenger side is much lower then the driver side when the car is parked on a flate surface or while driving...Time to visit the MB dealear...At first they told me no obviouse leaks and it just needs programing...1/2 an hour later, they said the front right strut is leaking...after $ 1250.00USD the car now sits even while parked on flate surface but when I drive it seems like the passenger side is lower than the driver side...I thought the car should adjust while driving and even up...Any idea what is going on?

It would seem that the height has not been correctly set, you will have to go back and complain about it.

You can double check by starting the car and sit in it and have someone measure the distance from under the wheel arch to the ground both sides, do this on level ground

Thanks for the help...The car sits even on a leveled surface...I drove my friends car and it seems the same while driving...I guess the roads in PA are desiged in such way the side closer to the curb is lower than midle to drain the water and while driving the car looks an even...
