Sub Frame Bushes Vito

Hi there, I just taken out one of the two rear sub-frame bushes on my vito 108. The problem i'm having is that I can't get the new ones to fit in :confused: . I've tried hammering it, lubeing it with grease and even fairy liquid, I've even tried to push it in with me jack, but it just won't go in :mad:. I hopeing that someone may have had the same problem and hopefully found an easy fix, I'd really appreciate any advise guy's as I'm supposed to be going away for the week, ATB Jase:)
