Sunroof tilt/ slide - Power supply present, motor ok but no

Second appeal for help ! Merc 250TD, 1986 (and a1 condition), the `live` terminals in the supply l,oom are `live`, the motor works if connected direct to the live loom, but the switching mechanism does not operate. I can therefore open and close the roof from the boot (!) connecting the motor direct to the sunroof loomsupply, but not from the roof mounted switch using the correct operating wires. Where can I get a wiring diagram ???/ any suggestions ??.
