Hi

What model are we talking about, a C230K? The obvious answer is an MB dealership, or in my case, from my indie. In either case it is going to be a very expensive purchase but exchanging yours would be cheaper from an independent because of the manhours involved. Expect a 4-figure bill, or close to it.

What makes you think you have a supercharger problem? There could be any number of reasons why the power output could be down.

Is this vehicle a recent acquisition or have you driven it for some time and have noticed the power dropping off? Take it to a specialist if you suspect a problem, they can diagnose what's wrong fairly quickly.

Superchargers do fail, not often, but they usually give an early warning by becoming noisy. They are manufactured to fine tolerances so replacement, rather than repair, is the only option.

Does your model have a electronic clutch to engage/disengage the supercharger? You could have an electrical gremlin. The later C230K was clutchless and more reliable.

I drive a 2000 C230K and when the supercharger is working hard it gives out a characteristic 'whine', like a vacuum on steroids, but it's never intrusive. Touch wood, it has never been a problem in over 120,000 miles and I fully expect it to last the life of the engine. There are reports within this forum of supercharger failure with the first year or two.

REGARDS
