suppliers of (exhaust) parts for w126 500 sec

has anyone out there got a reliable provider of (exhaust) parts for a 1983 w126 500 sec? had a lotof trouble with 1 guy with his own website down in kent pretending to be a sec specialist, and finally got sorted out with euro car parts in the end - they were great & only a few miles away. with an old car like this (only had it a few months) i know i'll need a good few parts, but where are the reliable sources? any tips? - thanks. fent77

Try Kwik-Fit and they'll fit it for free. I've just been down there for a rear silencer on my 83 500sl. In their catalogue they had your model - unfortunately mine's not listed. I was wondering if it was the same as yours?

since i need a mid section before next year, i'll give kwik fit a go, thanks. euro parts seem to be able to do this one for £130 or £160, depending on supplier. fortunately 1983 is pre-cat days, so thats not too bad. i also am keeping a close eye on ebay. there was/is a complete w124 system going for peanuts last time i looked. thanks again for the tip.
