Hi i have a clk w209 240 2.6 2002 as anyone actually changed spring pads for
dropping the ride height and is it safe to do so

Hi toby i had a chat with my mercedes dealership about this but they did'nt want to
give any thing away so i was more confused then before so it would be good
to know

On your new generation 209 cars I don't think it is applicable anymore, as the suspension layout is different to the previous 208 models.

The springs will need to be changed.
