Swapping Seats 300ce 24

Hi,i have two ce 24,one is 1990 the other is 91,the 90 has heated seats,the 91 hasn't,i want to swap them over but am concerned about any problems with fitment and wiring,has anyone got any info if this is a straight swap or will there be issues,thanks in advance

Obviously you will end up with no seat heating in either car - why would you want to do that ?
