So om trying to help a friend fix hos T1-88 petrol van. The real problem is that there is no spark, but at first i think that we need to fix the fact that ALL fuses are 8A.

Does anyone have a petrol van and/or a list of the correct fuses?

Hello and welcome,

Those fuses are well known for corroding on the ends causing high resistance. I'd get them all cleaned up and try again

Exatly that, just look at the corrosion on some of those spades connectors (esp the one with the broken cover). Get a wire brush across them one by one as to not cause a short, better with the battery removed if you want to brush all in go, then a rub down with contact cleaner and wd40. Go gentle as they could be brittle.

Ceramic bullet fuses also oxidise at the ends causing poor conductivity to be sure to rub then down and the connectors.

Have a you a voltmeter, to check for continuity.

Go to a marine chandler and get the brass fuses and not those god awful aluminium ones. Far more reliable.

Then before fitting give everything a damned good clean with a Dremel brush attachment.
