Tail Light Issue

Just went to jump in my car to go to the shop and noted my rear tail light on the left is inop. I notice that the reverse and indicator lamps are still working.

Is this a common issue? I guess it’s gonna cost me a fortune?

Check the earthing to the light unit, on some the PCB burns out due to the current.

W212 Facelift rear LED fault | Parts, Maintenance & Servicing

I see quite a few facelift 212s with dodgy rear lights. The ones attached to the boot are normally working but the ones on the body seem to fail . Must be a common fault.
