Tail Lights for R129 SL - Replacement Tail Lights for R129 S

Greetings fellow Mercedes Benz enthusiasts. I am the owner of an R129 300SL which I love and have slowly been making minor cosmetic changes to it. It is a 1994 model and has the multiple ridged rear tail lights. What I would like to do is purchase the newer look smoothed units that have only 3 ridges. I have searched the net and as yet have found no suppliers in Europe that I can purchase from (unfortunately Greece isn not as fortunate as the UK, Germany and the Netherlands in terms of auto parts suppliers). Can someone please shed any light (sorry, pun not intended) on suppliers - web addresses would be ideal. Safe motoring, James

Are the new lights as fitted to the later models?

If so, you could always try an MB dealer. Some will offer 10% discount on parts for older cars

Not sure if this helps but I upgraded my indicator lenses to the clear ones from eurocarparts looks like a new model noe.
