I have a 2006 C class estate elegance CDi 220 does the avantgarde have a twin tail pipe trim as the ones i have seen you can see the chrome exhaust from the rear.

If it does do you know where i can obtain a couple

It is the sports version that has the twin chrome exhausts. Sport is basically a specced up Avantgarde, although that does limit other options available. You may need a new rear bumper as well as the tail pipes.
