I have a 2018 xlwb Mercedes sprinter.
Every now and then. The check engine light comes on. Revs go up and I have to manually go up a gear to get the revs back down. From standstill it sounds like I have to rev the guts out of it to move. Yet I have a G7 automatic gearbox.
When I give it some gas. It shudders the cab.
Any ideas?

Mercedes in Ipswich did that, but couldn't find the issue. Been in 3 times with this
