Testing self levelling suspension w210

I have just found out i have self levelling suspension due to doing a vin plate check.

News to me as i thought i had a sports kit fitted as my car seems lower than most but the ride height is a bit of an issue , with 5 adults in the car will catch on speed bumps.

How can i test the car is actually self levelling , i have never noticed it in years of ownership.

or failed because the car grounds when loaded

get 3 people to sit in the boot and watch the ride height change. make sure the engine is running and stationary!

sit them in the boot while the engine is running or sit them in the boot and then start the engine???
