Did like Malcolm’s grill, but still not struck on the chrome headlight surroundsI think aftermarket grilles can be ok.

As I was filling up the wife’s car, this pulled in.
Oddly enough I actually like the 5 series GT, not actually practical but not a bad car,What an abomination that is fugly
But, John it's a BMW.What an abomination that is fugly
All the ‘GT’s just look wrong to me and pointless , even the GT badge looks cheap n nasty. We have a 330 GT in our company car park which is cringeworthy...Oddly enough I actually like the 5 series GT, not actually practical but not a bad car,
I guess it is a bit like pretending a V6 version is quicker than a V8 .I don't get using a false badge and trying to say your car it something that it is not. IMO a false badge is as bad as buying/using/wearing knock-off clothing, sunnies, watches etc......
People passing themselves off as something they are not is sad but there is a culture in the modern generation of "fake it until you make it".
Ermmmm, suppose soBut, John it's a BMW.
