Blobcat is right, it is user (driver) no. 1 i.e. you are using driver 1 individual settings. You can set ride settings, audio preferences etc. We don't use it on ours as it's pretty limited in what preferences you can set

Mine sets seat, steering & outside mirrors - useful for more than 1 driver but my wife refuses to drive my car.
