The navigator does not know where it is, W212

Having a E220 from 2017 and the navigator does not know where it is? It believes on the map that it is close (500 meters) to where the car is, but it does not know exactly. Sometimes it finds better, sometimes worse.
Is there something you can do yourself or is it the workshop that needs to work on it?

Try rebooting the head unit and see if it sorts itself out. (hold power button down for 15 seconds, screen should reboot).

if it's the gps sensor problem in W213 (which your car should be, not a W212 if it's from 2017) then you need it replaced, the problem will get worse
the sensor is in the drivers side mirror (your left) and needs to be replaced, I got it done @ mercedes and the cost was the usual ripoff, 6500kr (including their 'diagnositc' fee to confirm the failure.

it's a know issue, so google it and you might even be able to replace it yourself
