Is it true they suffer from a lot of eletrical problems ?
Im not sure whether to upgrade to a clk 500 or e500.If the e500 is suffering from eletrical problems, this will soon make my mind up .This information came from a mercedes specialist.

That was with the first of the W211s, they are much better now. Are you looking at new or second hand?

i was looking at a 2003/2004 model E500.It would seem from the replies that the electrical problems are not common at all.thanks for the replies.
