Formula One?
Euro car parts?
Halfords? Although I believe this one is Halfrauds, correct?

Not answering your question,

I would only use Halfords for small consumable items on a Sunday when nothing else is open and I have something to fix, thier life warranty sockets are good.
Hellfrauds yes, because they are ridiculously expensive for the smallest item.

ECP I totally stopped using as they have a habit of putting different items (lower quality) in a box and charging you what you paid for, furthermore the quality of parts has gone massively down-hill in the last 10 years and the value factor is simply not there for me.

Take it waith a pinch of common sense. if the box is sealed and whats inside is the same as the outside then you are probably good. I have had a water pump, injectors, a starter motor not being what I expected. Three times was enough for me. I find the service and items at GSF better for consumabales.
