Not that it's too much of a problem in this weather, but I find I can't get any cool air out of the ventilation system. Except for the two centre vents, which I know are separate, all the others blow hot or hotter, despite the controls being set to as cold as they will go. I don't have aircon, just the standard thermostatic heater system. Any clues/hints/tips or sympathy much appreciated.

First thing to change is the pollen filter if it is clogged up it will restrict the air flow you will not get the cold air coming through and the same goes for the warm air it wont be as warm.

Probably the heater valve has gone. this then leaks hot water through all the time.

Thanks for the help fellas. I did the pollen filter a while back, no change except the hot air coming through must have been cleaner. Had the duo-valve done the other day, heater back to normal. Expensive little bit of kit, isn't it? £115 including my MBOA discount, and that's without the labour and sundries.
