Hi again. I have another 2004 clk 320 to my collection (of two) but this one is a convertible. When I come to a junction as an example she refuses to respond with the accelerator. Switch her off and restart and then all good again. I’ve had this fault before with my other one and a new fuel filter cured it. But I’ve changed the filter and she’s still doing it. Anyone come across this too and found the solution? Thanks

Sounds like either the throttle body or pedal is failing.

Get it in a Mercedes specific code reader and look at live values and codes.

To add to my post. The car was off road and still is at the moment as the previous owner passed away. Hasn’t been taxed since Sep 19 so could stale fuel be the issue?
