Possibly - if you want to do another 300k. Otherwise, if looked after, another 150k shouldn't be too hard to achive.
MIleage normally kills cars through either mechanical issues or body weakness. The body isn't going to be problem on a Merc, there is enough strength for a long while yet. In terms of mechanics, you may get some. The engine should be fine but you should budget for some issues down the track. Gearboxes, maybe a head gasket, suspension etc - but no it's not too high.

180,000 and still going strong though i think my engine mounts may need changing soon as it has just started to shake the car just a little when cold.
