I watched a repeat of Top Gear the other day. JC was driving a Jag to John O'Groats to prove how comfortable it was.
At one point you can see the car driving past Etive Mhor, at Glencoe, heading for Fort William. He was talking about running out of fuel at this point.
The next shot he is at a petrol station near me, and about 100 miles away from Glencoe!
He gets back in the car and there is a close up shot of the GPS showing him on the A9 at Tain...
There is a mish mash of locations, including some near Oban.
The whole thing finishes up at John O'Groats, but all you see is a sign as it's dark.
