Does anyone know the correct torque setting for these

Water pump
Guide pulleys
Belt tensioner

I have seen numerous posts and some conflicting settings. Also has anyone ever added silicone to the pump gasket before fitting, waste of time?

No silicone!

Remove all corrosion from engine block carefully with fine grade sand paper etc, and fit gasket/seal dry.
