Total Kilometre display

Hi

I have just had the car repaired at the local MB dealer ( the result of a small argument between the back bumper and a concrete post).
The distance display now has 2 vertical lines between the gear display and the kilometrage and the Sport/Comfort display

i.e D|1006760KM|C

There is nothing in the car manual about them - has anyone any ideas what they mean?

The lines appear at 100,000 miles / kilometres. Perfectly normal.
