Total mileage not increasing

Hi. I have a C180 Kompressor '2006 model - engine W203.

At the display counter, my total mileage is not increasing. All the other functions (speed limit, route mileage, distance, etc) are working fine.

Furthermore, I face another problem at my right back door. For some reason, the electric window and the door's lock stopped working. Sometimes they are functional, but most of the time, they do not respond. Not even from the drivers switches.

Any suggestions?

Sounds like someone has fitted a mileage blocker

I’d check the wiring in the door hinge for the window and lock not working - broken wires are common

The mileage blocker is surely not installed, since I am the first and only owner of the car and I haven't done such an installment.

This occurred after a general service of my engine.
