Totally new and need help

Hi.

Im not even sure I’m posting this in the right place, but I’m hoping someone can help me. I have a 2010 C220 Merc and my radio has gone wonky. When I start my car in the morning, the radio and phone and everything works. Then if I drive it or switch the car off and then restart, there is no sound/connection. There’s an intermittent clicking sound only. The radio still powers on, the satnav still works (but no annoying talking person) and the reversing camera works but no radio sound and I can’t use my phone (although my phone is paired with the car.
I’ve tried Halfords and they didn’t bother looking, they just said to go to Mercedes. I called Mercedes and they are charging circa £150 for the diagnostic test and that’s without any potential repairs.
Any help would be great!

I certainly wouldn't take an 11 year old car anywhere near an MB franchisee!

Hello, I have a problem with my car merc benz c180 w203,when I'm driving at low speed the car misfiring at 60km/h,I've changed fuel pump, plugs,coils,sensors,but nothing changed, on idle number 1 or 3 not firing but if I'm driving I switch off key and on at the same time it will start to drive well for couple of minutes at high speed only, plz help.
