Any paint supplier will only mix a min amount for you and that will cost you more than a tenner and dont think it will keep as it goes off after a while, so you may as well buy the dealer touch up kit. It will be the right colour as well!

Agree with getting it from the dealers, although you can get MB silver touch ups from Halfords. My colour only available from MB.
I have just touched up 141 stone chips on mine, most I had done previously. The problem was that I hadn't rust treated the chips first, so even though I had painted them they were begining to 'stain'. I bought a rust treatment paint from halfords and put that it first then over painted.

The Halfords or MB is all the same, in your case Brilliant Silver, with many postings on this. I you buy an aerosol, spray some into the lid, and use a matchstick. drop one blob onto the chip, leave it for several hours,if temperture above 17c it will dry in ½ hour. when the paint dries, it shrinks and you can do it again, leave for 2 mins and wipe you finger over the paint to smudge it (this evens out the metalic flakes) leave for 1 hour, go over it with T Cut, and the surplus paint from the smudge will wipe off like butter. if you do not wipe it with your finger it will appear to dark. That's the way proffs do it.
I was going to do it before. I will put up, close up photo's tomorrow.
