Hi
I have some nasty scratches on some black anodised trim. On enquiry my local stealer wanted an astronomical price for replacement trim so other than getting some from a breaker is there any method of touching up the trim so it disguises deep scratches?
thanks
Keith

Please correct me if I am wrong - but I assume when you say anodised then the base material is aluminium?

If that is the case then your local metal finishers will be able to anodise it any colour you like. There usually is a min order of around £30 so it may be worth ripping all such trim off and getting the whole lot done in a 'oner'.
When ringing around for quotes also determine max physical size their tanks can take - as some outfits only have 'wee' tanks.

Google/Kellys Directory or such like should turn you up a fair old list within a 25 mile radius - obviously depending upon where you live - your profile does not indicate so I cannot help further.
