Touchscreen Display for my 2019 53 AMG Coupe

Guys
I want to upgrade my 2019 Benz E53 display to a touchscreen. I found one on Allibaba website (Chinese equivalent of eBay) but after contacting there sales team in China they told me the one they have is for a left hand drive car not right hand drive……….I know nothing about electronics but you would have thought it wouldn’t matter.
Anyway just wondering if anyone in the UK knows where I can get one?

Ive got another shop checking into it. I actually asked Mercedes Benz Thailand and the woman there said you cant install one .............which now makes me think that you defiantly can
