Will a 1993 320 CE Sportsline cabriolet take a tow bar?

The owner's manual (standard 200E -500E +220CE - 320CE booklet, page 84) suggests that Mercs with sports suspension don't)

Any advice welcome

Thanks

My Sportline Cabriolet has a towbar.

The guy that I bought the car from used it for carrying bikes only, which is what I shall use it for.
We discussed the fact that no one seemed to make one for the Sportline and he told me that the one on my car is an Audi one that has been adapted. It has single electrics.

Hi,

Im not sure if it's different for the cabriolet - but Witter make towbars for the W124 coupe. Model is MR8 and you'll need an electrics kit with that..

Hope that helps.
