I have high line TPMS with sensors as valves on each wheel.

Are they transferable between wheels (as my 19" are nearly ready to be fitted).

Things to remember.

The battery life is only good for 6 years.

You will need and can get fitting kits to allow the transfer to other wheels

They can be pigs to get out all in one lump from the existing wheels

Perhaps it's worth taking a new set along to the tyre shop.

Thanks all - the guys I spoke to this morning at MB seem to think there isn't a replaceable battery.

I'm going for tyre fit in the morning and will be looking to move them from one set of wheels to another, which, I understand, is standard practice, provided they aren't seized.

I'm told they must be returned to the correct corners as they are coded to the "reader"/display.

Yes the batteries are in built,, and cannot be changed, best to number them to avoid STAR to set them all up, you may still require a new fitting kit, thats the seal rubbers around the valve stems
