tracking - 240td 1984

can any one give me the settings for the tracking on my 240td  1984 est after repacing the fwd offside tyre as the inside was worn to limits i went to ats to get the tracking checked but they could not do it as they did not have the settings as i am going on holiday in the car this weekend i do need to get this sorted

tracking

the front should be set at +1.00mm from the stub, and the rear at -0.5mm
