Traffic on c350e

Can anyone advise me on the satnav system on c350e, so I can't get any traffic information on it , ie it just keeps saying no traffic in area ,does it not give you free traffic, like in the eclass or do you have to pay for the live traffic?

How old is the car and do you have the Comand Nav system or Garmin/Becker Map pilot (on Audio 20)?

I've had my c350e already installed. But there is a subscription of £39. Per 3 yes. If that helps. All info in the Mercedes me app .

Not sure which system it is , it's on a 2016 model

If you had it then it would have expired after the 3 year warranty, you need to pay the subscription fee now.

Comand is a subscription via Mercedes.me as @jimbg said
Garmin is, I believe a new SD card, but I’m not so familiar with that system so I'm open to being corrected.

Thanks for your help everyone, iv not had car long so wasn't should about the traffic system, as in my old eclass it was free think it was tcm or tmc, looks like I my have to subscribe to it then
