Trouble with the convience setting

Hope you can help.

Recently had our car serviced and they replaced the battery in the key.

Prior to the service when my wife drove she would put the key in the ignition, the seat would move to her settings and when the key was removed the steering wheel moves up and the seat goes back.

When I drive I use the keyless go option with the same effect.

Since the new battery the wheel and seat move when operated in keyless go mode but if the ignition is used only the wheel moves.

I have tried a factory reset and then entered our preferences but to no avail.

I have also tried the spare key which works in the same way as the other key prior to the battery change

Any ideas as to what may have happened or what I have missed.

Hi Steve just re set the seat and mirror settings again as you wish to have it, and store them on the car with the key in use that you wish to use
