tuning TV

I have just bought a 2000 CL500 (W215?) and wonder if there is any way of tuning the TV tuner as the handbook makes no reference to it and many of the subsidiary functions are unavailable as the screen is constantly rolling. It reminds me of an old Sobell TV I had many years ago!

You can not tune it. Only the coding can be altered by a dealer.
To be honest you may or may not have a problem, but even if the system is working perfectly the picture quality is really poor any way. In my opinion its not worth wasting time effort and money on something thats just crap even when new.
