Turbo under pressure issue

I have a p0299 turbo underboost issue, car is reving up and down a bit and blowing out black smoke when this error occurs, there is also oil in the inter cooler pipes not a huge amount but some. I also have a fuel pressure low warning as well, I suspect a faulty injector, and a failing turbo, what do you guys think?

Possibly split pipe somewhere , it's normal to have boost issues and black smoke with air leaks. Oil mist in the intercooler pipes is normal. Fuel pressure could be fuel filter I guess ?
