TV LCD headrest ML

Hi,

Has anyone installed universal TV LCD headrest in their Mercedes. I have a Mercedes ML and wanted to install universal TV headrest in my car, but wanted to know whether I can just feed the wire down the seat, through the headrest holes or will I have to open the front seats.
