Tyre pressure (again)

I just want to check this before I make a trip to spa next week. I've been running 38 pretty much all year round. On he filler cap, it advises a loaded car should be 41/48.

There is also reference to, "warm tyres up to +4 PSI. So, should the loaded car be set to 37/44 PSI?

Warm tyres etc means, when they are warm, add 4PSI To the listed pressures, so 45/52! Which is ridiculous.

52 probably exceeds the maximum sidewall pressure on a lot of tyres. They are there purely to meet emissions targets etc,. I Would run the lower of the two, maybe add 3-4psi on the rear for heavily loaded.
